The new Tomorrow building at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays has attracted a trio of occupiers.

Connectivity-as-a-service company Global Capacity will run its UK operations from a 2,227 sq ft office on the first floor of Tomorrow (pictured), while 14-strong branding and digital agency Carbon Creative is joining as it looks to establish a more spacious home for its creative headquarters.

Independent radio production company Audio Always is the final new arrival, taking a 957 sq ft space with two studios specifically designed for carrying out voiceover sessions, interviews and audio post-production. It was formerly based at the Greenhouse in MediaCityUK.

Stephen Wild, managing director of MediaCityUK, said: "The first tranche of occupiers for Tomorrow represent an eclectic mix of key players in the creative and tech markets. It's great to see the vision of MediaCityUK as an ecosystem for start-ups come to fruition, progressing to larger spaces as they thrive."

"Equally, Tomorrow is attracting new occupiers like Global Capacity who are worldwide players in the connectivity sector and recognise the immense benefits that come from being positioned here as Manchester continues to lead the way in this sector."

The Tomorrow building comprises eight floors of creative workspace and a 112-bed Premier Inn over a further four floors. The fit-out has already started on Ziferblat, a creative co-working space and pay-per-minute sitting room that will occupy 6,000 sq ft over Tomorrow's ground floor and mezzanine levels.

MediaCityUK is represented by Edwards & Co and OBI Property.
