The third floor of Manchester's Queens House is now fully occupied after welcoming its latest tenant.

Acting on behalf of clients of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE's Manchester office agency team has confirmed that Lexington North has taken space at the Queen Street site, with the latter represented by Edwards & Co. OBI acted as joint agents alongside CBRE.

Relocating from the Zenith Building in Spring Gardens to take up 3,226 sq ft of accommodation, Lexington North – which is behind Lexington Communications – has signed a five-year lease.

Jonathan Cook, senior surveyor at CBRE's Manchester office, said: "We are delighted to confirm a letting to Lexington North at Queens House. The property offers the perfect location for companies seeking a high standard of grade A office accommodation within an attractive and popular area of Manchester's thriving Central Business District.

"This has proven to be a popular property, with only one vacant floor remaining for prospective tenants".
