Edwards & Co, alongside their joint agents Spring4, have let the entire 6th floor, comprising 8,374 sq.ft., at 17 York Street to clients of Avison Young. The landlord RSA was able to offer a fully fitted office space on a flexible lease to accommodate the new tenant.
