Edwards & Co have let the entire 4th floor at 29 Peter Street to Scottish Debt Help Ltd, totalling 1,838 sq.ft. The first floor was let to Absolute Body Solutions for a bespoke PT Studio in late 2018, also totalling 1,838 sq.ft., alongside a pre let to Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza on the ground and mezzanine floors which has taken the building to almost 60% let.
29 Peter Street was fully refurbished and remodelled in 2018 and now offers contemporary accommodation with exposed services in a central location. The works were project managed by CBRE with design input from Atul Bansul of Sheila Bird Group.
