Edwards & Co advise on a healthy £8m acquisition in Bolton

Edwards & Co have advised on PHP PLC's acquisition of Waters Meeting Health Centre in Bolton. The modern property is fully let to NHS Property Services, two GP Practices and a Pharmacy. The acquisition price was £8,000,000.
