Northwood Regional UK have secured two new office occupiers at Deva City Office Park in Manchester City Centre. Edwards. CBRE and Canning O Neil have completed new lettings to Just Teachers and We Are Survivors.

Deva City Office Park provides a wide range of business space on the site of the former Threlfall's Brewery which is accessed off Trinity Way in the centre of Manchester. The Grade II listed former brewery buildings have been sensitively refurbished and are complemented by 17 self-contained Brewery Yard office units arranged around a central courtyard.

The lettings have been concluded within the Brewery Yard with We Are Survivors taking an additional 3,371 sq. ft. and, in The Tower, where Just Teachers took a new lease of 2,165 sq. ft.

Ed Keany, Director of Office Agency at Edwards, comments;

"Deva City Office Park is a superb option for occupiers seeking quality office space in the heart of Manchester City Centre with both excellent road access and onsite car parking. The scheme now offers conventional open plan office space, part fitted right through to fully fitted with desks and meeting rooms. The new lettings take us to 91% occupation of this incredibly popular scheme and demonstrates that SME activity continues to be buoyant within the City Centre."

Northwood Regional UK, Director, Iain Taylor continued;

"We have been pleased with the recent flow of lettings in both the self-contained Brewery Yard units and The Tower. Our investment into the Park has generated some incredibly positive feedback and has proven key in attracting new occupiers. We are delighted to be welcoming Just Teachers and We are Survivors."
