Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co have sold the heritable interest in this prominent convenience store investment.

Fronting one of the main arterial routes in to Paisley, in an area dominated by residential, the unit is let to Co-operative Group Food Ltd by way of a lease expiring 10 October 2026 at a rent passing of £63,875 per annum. The lease is subject to upward only rent reviews on the 25 March 2018 and 25 March 2023.
