Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co have acquired the freehold interest in this prime leisure unit.

Located within the affluent village of Hale, the property occupies a prime corner position and fronts onto Ashley Road, Hales' principal retail thoroughfare.

The property comprises a ground leisure unit let to Pizza Express for in excess of 10 years at a current rent of £48,250 per annum. The investment also includes ten upper floor residential apartments, which have been sold off long leasehold on ground rents.
