Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co have sold the long leasehold interest in this government let office investment in South Wales.

Anvil Court is majority let to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council by way of a 20 year FRI lease from 16 December 2005. The total rent passing is £201,120, per annum.
