Landmark buildings in Urmston town centre sold.

Acting on behalf of provide clients, Edwards & Co has sold two adjacent office buildings in Urmston town centre.

The properties are situated on the prominent junction of Church Street and Station Road and have been sold simultaneously to separate buyers. The Old Police Station is fully let and provides an income of £49,882 per annum. It includes a large car park to the rear and was sold to a private investor. Gladstone house is also fully let and was sold to the main occupier.
