Acting on behalf of Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society in an off-market transaction, Edwards & Co have acquired a 4,036 sq.ft. newbuild store let to McDonalds Restaurants Ltd on a 25-year lease from October 2017, subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews.

The property produced an annual rental income of £133,188 and was acquired for £2,440,000, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 5.13%.
