McColl's Retail Portfolio Acquired for Private Clients

Acting on behalf of a Manchester based private property company, Edwards & Co have acquired a portfolio of 15 retail stores. All the stores are let to Martin McColl Ltd for a term of 16.5 years, subject to rent reviews at 1.5 years and 5 yearly thereafter at 2% compounded.
The portfolio was bought for £5,355,000.
