Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co have sold a single-let office building on Spear Street which is let to Upside Energy.
The property, which has been fully refurbished, produces an annual income of £70,000 and was sold for £1,175,000, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 5.6%.
