Acting on behalf of Private Clients, Edwards & Co have acquired a newbuild Drive-Thru let to Costa Coffee on a 15-year lease, subject to 5 yearly rent reviews at open market value and subject to a 1% pa collar and 3% pa cap.

The property will produce an annual rental income of £62,000 and was acquired for £1,171,500, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 5%.
