Edwards & Co Acquire Multi-Let Industrial Estate in South Manchester

Acting on behalf of Paloma Capital, Edwards & Co have acquired Blue Chip Business Park, a multi-let industrial estate in South Manchester.

The business park is let to a variety of occupiers including ATS and Screwfix and was purchased for £8m, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 5.75%
