Acting on behalf of CEG, Edwards Investment sold North and South Harrington buildings at Brunswick Business Park.

The fully let buildings are home to current occupiers including Teamsport, Royal Mail and Vitaflo.

The 120,000 sq. ft Liverpool buildings were acquired by JR Capital and Chancerygate for £9m.
