Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co have sold the freehold interest in this prime leisure unit.

The unit is let to Bella Italia Restaurants Limited by way of a ten year reversionary lease from 24 June 2014.

The rent passing is £106,000 per annum and surety to the lease is provided by Bella Italia Group Limited.
