Acting on behalf of Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society, Edwards & Co have sold the freehold interest in this substantial retail unit, which is let to Heron Foods with c. 6.5 years to a break. The property produced an annual rental income of £45,750 pa and was sold via auction, jointly with Acuitus, for £495,000, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 8.8%.
